"I ordered from Wild Pier and had..."
I ordered from Wild Pier and had a question about my delivery, so I reached out to customer service by email.
They did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days each time, and the replies were really short. I felt like I had to keep asking the same question just to get a clear answer.
The product itself was okay, but the support experience was frustrating. It wasn’t absolutely terrible, just way slower and less helpful than I expected.
"Just didn’t feel right"
I checked out wildpier.com i just didn’t feel super comfortable using it. Something about the site felt a little off, and I couldn’t find enough clear info to really feel like I could trust it. Maybe it’s fine, but... I don’t know, I’d rather not take the chance with my money...

"Checkout was honestly kind of a mess"
I tried ordering from wildpier.com and, yeah… the checkout was just frustrating. My card got declined twice even though there’s nothing wrong with it, and then the page refreshed and wiped my cart, which was pretty much the point where I started losing patience. Also, the shipping cost didn’t show up until later in the process, and that felt a little annoying too. I stuck with it for maybe 20 minutes, but eventually I just gave up. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me the whole thing was a bad experience.

"I’m a little confused about the..."
I’m a little confused about the timing because I placed the order a while back, or maybe it was the replacement order, but either way the wrong stuff showed up again. I was expecting what I actually ordered, and this definitely wasn’t it. Frustrating.

"Shipping made me lose a bit of trust"
I ordered from wildpier.com and, to be fair, everything did show up in good condition. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which really threw me off. I don’t mind waiting a little, but when there’s no clear update, it makes me start wondering what’s going on. Nothing was ruined or anything, but the whole experience definitely made me lose some trust in ordering from them again.
"Didn’t hold up, and the instructions could’ve been clearer"
I was disappointed with this. It fell apart after just one use, which definitely doesn’t feel worth the money. I also would’ve appreciated clearer instructions, because it wasn’t totally obvious how to set it up or use it properly.

I was already in a bit of a tired mood when I tried to place my order, and the checkout just kept failing over and over. Payment ended up being a mess for me, and it made the whole experience frustrating.

"Prices felt a bit too high lol"
The prices felt a little unfair to me lol. I noticed some of the same items seemed cheaper at other places, so it was hard to feel like I was getting a good deal
"Wildpier.com was a bit frustrating to use"
I was just trying to check out Wild Pier and see what they had, but the site felt clunky. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and it wasn’t always obvious where I was supposed to click next. Then this is where it got annoying, on my phone, the layout felt messy and I had to keep scrolling around to find basic info. The content is there, but getting to it wasn’t very smooth. It’s not the worst website I’ve used, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience for me

"Frustrating communication"
I reached out about my order and kept getting slow, vague replies that didn’t really answer anything. I had to explain the same issue more than once, which got annoying fast. It felt like nobody was actually interested in helping. I won’t be ordering from them again.
"Not the best experience"
I wasn’t really happy with this overall. The shipping took longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help. Maybe they were short-staffed or just backed up with orders, I’m not sure, but it still made the whole experience frustrating.

"Not quite as nice in person"
I’m totally fine, but yeah, these just weren’t really my style once I saw them in person. The pictures made them look a lot more polished, and then they arrived looking kind of plain and a little awkward, which was definitely not what I thought I was getting.
The colors also seemed a bit different than expected, and overall they just had a cheaper look to me. Maybe someone else would be into them, and that’s great, but I personally wouldn’t buy them again.

I was just trying to exchange my jacket for a different size, but the whole process took way longer than I expected. Support was slow to reply, and when they did, it felt like they were sending the same copy-paste instructions instead of actually answering what I was asking. I did eventually get it sorted out, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Looks nice, but I’m not sure it was worth it"
I really wanted to feel good about this purchase because it looked nice at first, but once I got it, the quality just felt kind of average for the price. Maybe I expected too much, but I kept wondering if I should’ve spent the money on something else. It’s not terrible, I just wish it felt a little more worth it

I kept reaching out to support thinking they’d actually sort it out, but it just kept getting dragged on with no real fix. i feel stupid for trusting them and waiting as long as I did

"Didn’t last as long as I expected"
I was happy with it at first, but after a while it started showing wear and didn’t hold up the way I thought it would. For the price, I expected it to last longer. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I just kept getting passed around in a loop without a real answer, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not the worst purchase I’ve made, just disappointing over time.

"Delivery took forever and tested my patience"
I ordered from wildpier.com expecting the delivery to arrive within a reasonable time, but it ended up taking way longer than I planned for. The tracking hardly updated, so I was basically stuck checking it over and over with no real clue when it would show up. I needed it by a specific date, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Customer service wasn’t much help either since their replies were slow. Maybe I just had bad luck, but i don’t love being forced to be patient when I’ve already paid and need something on time. I probably wouldn’t order again if delivery timing actually matters

"Fits a bit smaller than I expected"
The quality seems totally fine overall. But the sizing was a little off for me. It ran smaller than I expected, so the fit wasn’t quite right. I just wish the size guide had been a bit more accurate.

The item itself was fine, nothing amazing but it did the job. I already had a feeling the shipping was going to be a bit overpriced, and seeing the final cost pretty much confirmed that for me. Overall okay, but the shipping charge definitely made it feel less worth it
